Refund Policy

At West Coast Motorcycle Clothing we want you to be happy with your purchase. For any reason you are not happy with the purchase, simply send it back by following the instructions given below. To keep up the great prices and to serve you better please adhere to the following guidelines and policies.

• The item is in the same new condition with tags on it and you did not use the item other than to try it on.
• You need to send the item back registered post within 7 working days of purchasing it.
• Postage & Handling will not be refunded.
• We will pay for re-postage only for items that are faulty (all items are checked prior to posting).
• For exchange items, you will have to pay the price difference and re-postage charges.

Exchanges are processed within 5 business days or based on current availability and refunds in 14 business days. All returned items must be sent registered post. If you don’t get your exchange after 10 days of sending it or if you don’t see your refund even after 14 days, please contact us. If any item received by you is defective or damaged in transit, it can only be exchanged for the exact same item in the same size. Refund or exchange to another size/colour will not be permitted. Any damaged item received has to be informed to us within 48 hours of receiving. If you do not follow the policy listed above, or if we receive the item damaged, the item will be returned to you after receiving the shipping charges from you.
